Regal's Royalty Loyalty Program

The Regal Cinema Royalty Loyalty Program offers an incentive for families to use the movies as a way to go out and do something as a family and feel like they are saving money through the points they accrue and the perks that come with being a member.

The Royalty Loyalty Program will increase the average order value and number of orders per customer by increasing loyalty app downloads by 15% each month  by Q3 2022, increasing sign ups for loyalty program by 10% each month by Q3 2022, and increasing average order value (AOV) of loyalty program members by 25% by Q3 2022.

This will be achieved through paid and organic social sending potential customers to the website, running paid search ads, running paid display ads, retargeting those who receive display ads, and communicating upcoming deals and opportunities with new program members via email and the app. Success will be tracked by number of link clicks to the website, number of app downloads, number of account sign ups, number of seat reservations made through the app, member AOV, and email open rate.
